About the role
- Manage the portfolio of active clients with a focus on relationship building, retention, and account expansion;
- Conduct periodic business review meetings to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Map stakeholders and client needs to propose customized solutions;
- Act in a consultative manner, ensuring the best possible customer experience and satisfaction with contracted products and services;
- Keep CRM records up to date and report performance indicators;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of value to the client;
- Anticipate churn risks and propose corrective actions;
- Meet growth targets for the client base and relationship KPIs.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Experience in B2B customer service and relationship management;
- Knowledge of technologies for monitoring, tracking, and vehicle fleet management;
- Category B driver’s license and availability to travel throughout Brazil;
- Desired:
- Experience working with fleet customers.
