About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across ITS service offerings.
  • Partner with internal operations and sales teams to deliver best-in-class service and solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and service metrics to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align on goals.
  • Proactively address customer issues, risks, and service gaps with urgency and accountability.
  • Track and manage account pipelines, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and forecasting within CRM and internal systems.
  • Represent ITS Logistics professionally in customer meetings, calls, and on-site visits as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, logistics, or transportation.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Customer-first mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
