- About ITRS: At ITRS, we make society’s critical technology work. Our mission is to deliver automated and holistic IT observability solutions that safeguard critical applications and enable innovation.
- Scope of Role: Entry-level Business Development Representative for financial services, reporting to Global BDR Manager, producing leads and building pipelines.
- Compensation & Location: Base salary $55,000 - $65,000 per year. Hybrid schedule, three days per week in New York office.
- Responsibilities: Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting; collaborate with marketing; provide high-level introductions to ITRS platform; build/execute prospecting campaigns; use sales techniques; track outbound activity and AB testing; work with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings.
Requirements
- Graduated bachelor's degree and/ or 1+ years related business development experience.
- Someone who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interested in the tech space.
- Proactive, eager to learn (ongoing BDR training will be provided!).
- Fearless when it comes to acquisition and prospecting.
- Preference for IT Experience: Candidates with IT experience will have an advantage.
- Advantage of Financial Services Experience: Candidates with financial services experience bring valuable insights.
