• Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews with hiring teams
• Partner with recruiters to communicate expectations
• Ensure all parties involved have a positive interview experience
• Coordinate candidate travel, when necessary
• Manage candidate expenses, expense reimbursement process, and purchase order process
• Own onsite and virtual experience for candidates
• Be the point of contact, keeping interviews on track
• Create a stellar candidate experience for prospective talent
• Communicate and track interview confirmations with the external candidates
• Initiate and monitor timely completion of all onboarding processes through Workday
• Proactively work to identify and resolve any candidate pre-employment onboarding issues
• Communicate delays and updates in onboarding process to recruitment team and New Hire
• Field and answer New Hire questions and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Monitor applicable “help cases” in Workday
• Complete New Hire electronic files by uploading applicable and relevant pre hire documents
• Schedule New Hire for New Employee Orientation (NEO)
• Process New Hire I-9 verification documents using e-verification tool
• Manage purchase order and other expense related items associated with Talent Acquisition
• Monitor several Outlook inboxes related to HR and Talent Acquisition
• Provide timely responses to emails
• Assist with other Talent Acquisition and HR related projects and initiatives as needed

• Champion the product line strategy and execution for assigned Grid Management and Distributed Intelligence (DI) solutions
• Shape and evolve the product vision and multi-year roadmap for UI/UX experiences across Advanced Grid Reliability and Grid Management solutions
• Collaborate closely and authentically with cross-functional product partners to deliver a coherent, industry-leading Grid Management and DI solution portfolio
• Define and maintain long-term product roadmaps, investment priorities, and success metrics
• Drive sustainable business results, including revenue growth, market adoption, and profitability
• Lead thoughtful market segmentation, customer targeting, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• Facilitate inclusive, user-centered discovery activities
• Partner collaboratively with engineering teams to guide development priorities
• Work hand-in-hand with UI/UX teams to translate product vision into prioritized epics and features
• Support pricing, packaging, and business case development
• Enable sales and marketing teams with compelling go-to-market materials
• Represent the product line with confidence and credibility
