Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews with hiring teams
- Partner with recruiters to communicate expectations
- Ensure all parties involved have a positive interview experience
- Coordinate candidate travel, when necessary
- Manage candidate expenses, expense reimbursement process, and purchase order process
- Own onsite and virtual experience for candidates
- Be the point of contact, keeping interviews on track
- Create a stellar candidate experience for prospective talent
- Communicate and track interview confirmations with the external candidates
- Initiate and monitor timely completion of all onboarding processes through Workday
- Proactively work to identify and resolve any candidate pre-employment onboarding issues
- Communicate delays and updates in onboarding process to recruitment team and New Hire
- Field and answer New Hire questions and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Monitor applicable “help cases” in Workday
- Complete New Hire electronic files by uploading applicable and relevant pre hire documents
- Schedule New Hire for New Employee Orientation (NEO)
- Process New Hire I-9 verification documents using e-verification tool
- Manage purchase order and other expense related items associated with Talent Acquisition
- Monitor several Outlook inboxes related to HR and Talent Acquisition
- Provide timely responses to emails
- Assist with other Talent Acquisition and HR related projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or related experience
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
- Intermediate experience with Outlook calendar management
- Strong time management skills
- Strong professional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work tasks
- Experience managing competing deadlines and administrative tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
