• About the Role: We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Hospitality to join our growing team in Barcelona. You’ll play a key role in expanding ComAve’s presence in the city, building strong relationships with restaurants, and driving growth in the food delivery space.
• This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you’ll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
• Responsibilities:
• Finding new opportunities – research, network, and proactively identify potential restaurant partners.
• Reaching out – connect with prospects through calls, emails, and in-person visits to build strong relationships.
• Pitching with impact – deliver engaging presentations and demos that show the value of partnering with ComAve.
• Owning the sales cycle – manage everything from first contact and follow-ups to closing deals and supporting onboarding.
• Keeping an eye on the market – stay on top of trends, competitor moves, and new restaurant openings.
• Shaping deals – prepare tailored proposals and work closely with leadership on terms and strategies.
