Design and implement test strategies, manage teams, and oversee end-to-end testing of mission-critical systems , ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and seamless customer experiences.
Define and implement testing frameworks, policies, and standards aligned with banking regulations.
Establish governance and quality control processes for all testing phases.
Develop comprehensive test plans for core banking upgrades, digital banking apps, and payment systems.
Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT, and DR (disaster recovery) testing .
Manage end-to-end testing of payment systems, risk platforms, AML/KYC solutions, and customer channels.
Track and manage defects, risks, and test coverage across projects.
Provide quality dashboards and reports to senior stakeholders.
Lead and mentor teams of test leads, analysts, and automation engineers.
Partner with business, IT, vendors, and regulators to align testing with business goals.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and ensure sign-off readiness.
Champion test automation frameworks to accelerate delivery.
Drive continuous testing practices aligned with agile and DevOps methodologies.
Evaluate and implement cutting-edge testing tools for automation, performance, and security.
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of IT experience , with at least 5 years in testing management in the banking sector .
Strong expertise in test strategy, governance, and quality assurance frameworks .
Experience with automation tools (Selenium, JMeter, TestNG, etc.) and test management platforms (HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail).
Deep knowledge of core banking systems, payment gateways, AML/KYC solutions, and regulatory reporting .
Familiarity with compliance standards (UAE Central Bank regulations, PCI-DSS, GDPR, AML directives).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
