About the role
- Lead and support Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) implementations, with a focus on Workforce Planning and HCM integration.
- Partner closely with clients to assess current legacy systems, gather requirements, and design future-state solutions aligned with business goals.
- Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules such as Workforce Planning, Planning & Budgeting, and Financial Consolidation where applicable.
- Collaborate with Oracle HCM functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between workforce data and financial planning models.
- Translate HR, finance, and operational requirements into functional EPM designs and system configurations.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and solution adoption.
- Develop and maintain project deliverables including functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
- Support data migration efforts from legacy systems into Oracle EPM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT, and support issue resolution.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
- Stay current with Oracle EPM and HCM Cloud enhancements, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Support quarterly updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across client environments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM solutions, with a focus on Workforce Planning.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and processes, including Core HR, Compensation, and Workforce Management.
- Proven experience working in a consulting environment with direct client interaction.
- Experience supporting full lifecycle implementations, particularly transitioning from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud.
- Knowledge of integrations between Oracle EPM and Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex workforce and financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Oracle EPM or related certifications are a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
