Own the migration of our reports from ARR to ACV and design the foundational logic for churn and retention tracking.
Develop deep-dive insights into customer health and churn drivers.
Drive the data behind weekly "Pipe Gen" calls.
Partner with GTM leaders to define, measure, and track key performance indicators including pipeline health, conversion rates, productivity, and coverage.
Write production-grade SQL and manage dbt models to ensure the GTM data warehouse layer is performant, scalable, and accurate.
Build "Early Warning Systems" in Sigma to identify pipeline gaps and churn risks 2–3 quarters out.
Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools that empower GTM teams to self-serve insights.
Act as a thought leader in the use of analytics within the GTM organization.

Requirements

7+ years in analytics, business operations, or revenue operations, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS GTM-facing role.
Strong understanding of GTM motions (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success), specifically regarding renewal cycles and retention metrics.
Production-level proficiency in SQL, dbt, and modern BI tools (Sigma preferred, or Tableau/Looker).
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
