About the role

  • Direct AI agents to build ServiceNow solutions.
  • Use Claude Code and internal AI tooling as your primary development interface.
  • Write precise, token-efficient prompts.
  • Validate and govern AI output.
  • Build and refine prompt libraries.
  • Contribute to AI Foundry tooling.
  • Support team enablement.
  • Stay current on AI tooling.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow development/consulting experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI/LLM tools
  • Strong prompt engineering skills
  • Understanding of ServiceNow best practices and governance
  • Ability to review and validate AI-generated code
  • Strong communication skills
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Experience with LLM APIs (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development practices (bonus)
