About the role
- Manage and optimize in-app monetization mechanisms to maximize revenue contribution.
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for growth, retention, and monetization.
- Support user acquisition and growth initiatives by providing performance analysis for influencer and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of monetization and CRM execution; continuously improve related processes and documentation.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and quality review for junior team members’ outputs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Digital Marketing teams on optimization initiatives and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience working on mobile apps
- Hands-on familiarity with key tools and systems used by growth teams, including Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Airbridge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
