About the role

  • Manage and optimize in-app monetization mechanisms to maximize revenue contribution.
  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for growth, retention, and monetization.
  • Support user acquisition and growth initiatives by providing performance analysis for influencer and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of monetization and CRM execution; continuously improve related processes and documentation.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and quality review for junior team members’ outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Digital Marketing teams on optimization initiatives and feature enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on mobile apps
  • Hands-on familiarity with key tools and systems used by growth teams, including Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Airbridge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
