About the role

  • Analyze complex business needs and translate them into user stories and innovative CRM solutions.
  • Lead system configurations, integrations, and customizations in collaboration with Product Owner and Technical Consultant.
  • Drive and support impactful cross-system CRM-ERP projects.
  • Oversee daily operations of D365 CE—resolve support tickets and manage change requests.
  • Design and execute test scenarios, evaluate results, and supervise user acceptance.
  • Coordinate and deliver key user training and workshops to ensure strong adoption.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM documentation and act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Champion the latest trends and best practices in sales automation and Dynamics 365 CE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Customer Insights).
  • Solid experience with CRM-to-ERP integrations (DualWrite experience highly valued).
  • Proficiency in international, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and confident, clear communication in English (C1 minimum).
  • Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM business processes, data flows, and user enablement strategies.
  • Track record in applying SAFe agile practices and working independently.
  • High ownership—driven to take responsibility and see topics through.
