General Counsel

• Manage deadlines and draft labor law pleadings and procedural documents, such as defenses, appeals, responses to appeals, objections, motions, and other filings;
• Conduct court hearings, gather information relevant to claims, prepare hearings to address claims, monitor case progress, review actions brought by Inmetro against the company, and analyze audit reports;
• Collaborate with other departments to gather input for legal defenses and/or review internal processes with the aim of reducing and preventing litigation;
• Update case progress in PROJURIS.
