About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage deadlines and draft labor law pleadings and procedural documents, such as defenses, appeals, responses to appeals, objections, motions, and other filings;
Conduct court hearings, gather information relevant to claims, prepare hearings to address claims, monitor case progress, review actions brought by Inmetro against the company, and analyze audit reports;
Collaborate with other departments to gather input for legal defenses and/or review internal processes with the aim of reducing and preventing litigation;
Update case progress in PROJURIS.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
Postgraduate specialization in Labor Law
Prior experience in labor litigation and labor advisory/consulting
Experience using the Projuris system is a plus.
