About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage deadlines and draft labor law pleadings and procedural documents, such as defenses, appeals, responses to appeals, objections, motions, and other filings;
- Conduct court hearings, gather information relevant to claims, prepare hearings to address claims, monitor case progress, review actions brought by Inmetro against the company, and analyze audit reports;
- Collaborate with other departments to gather input for legal defenses and/or review internal processes with the aim of reducing and preventing litigation;
- Update case progress in PROJURIS.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- Postgraduate specialization in Labor Law
- Prior experience in labor litigation and labor advisory/consulting
- Experience using the Projuris system is a plus.
