About the role
- - Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level professional and leadership roles across multiple business functions
- - Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to provide a consultative, high-touch recruiting experience
- - Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies
- - Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- - Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
- - Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition team, and HR Business Partners
- - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools to manage recruiting activities and reporting
- - Uphold compliance with all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding regulations
- - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and organizational information
- - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement recruiting process enhancements
Requirements
- - Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting with a strong focus on mid to senior level professional or leadership roles.
- - Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
- - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- - Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
- - Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a ever changing environment
- - Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting and onboarding
