About the role

  • - Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level professional and leadership roles across multiple business functions
  • - Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to provide a consultative, high-touch recruiting experience
  • - Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies
  • - Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • - Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
  • - Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition team, and HR Business Partners
  • - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools to manage recruiting activities and reporting
  • - Uphold compliance with all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding regulations
  • - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and organizational information
  • - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement recruiting process enhancements

Requirements

  • - Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting with a strong focus on mid to senior level professional or leadership roles.
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
  • - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • - Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
  • - Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a ever changing environment
  • - Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting and onboarding
