About the role
- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts (status calls, follow-ups, action tracking)
- Act as the main operational point of contact for assigned clients, with escalation support from a Senior DM
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure delivery commitments are met
- Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions
- Participate in client discussions related to scope changes, extensions, and delivery topics, with senior stakeholder support
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with consultants assigned to owned accounts
- Monitor engagement, performance, and delivery quality
- Provide structured feedback and support development discussions
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned resources
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Delivery leadership to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role within IT / services (Customer Success, HRBP, Recruiter, Account Coordination, Delivery Support, Client Operations, etc.)
- Experience managing multiple clients or stakeholders in parallel
- Hands-on exposure to: Client communication & status calls, Escalation handling, Performance follow-up or people coordination
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with guidance
- Ownership mindset with openness to learning
- Strong organization and prioritization
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
