• Support budget development, coordination and roll up for annual submission
• Monitor budget execution data to determine spending patterns and performance against plan and budget execution milestones
• Support development and monitoring of support agreements to coordinate trading partner commitments
• Work independently, solve issues, and interface with customers

Mid-Level Financial Analyst

• Provide analysis, update and revision to existing procedures, guides, processes and training artifacts
• Initiate and create procedural documents when not existing
• Process mapping of financial processes used by the DoD
• Write procedures, instructions, policies and process narratives
• Conduct research and analysis to inform change management initiatives
• Work independently or on a small team to meet deadlines
• Communicate and build working relationships with Senior Executives and Senior Military Officers

Financial Operations Analyst III

• Develop, update, and publish procedures, processes, desk guides, and training artifacts to enable the workforce to adopt new processes and deploy a new financial management system
• Develop material that applies financial improvement and audit readiness concepts
• Coordinate materials through a review, comment, and approval process
• Work across cross-functional teams to support workforce enablement
• Analyze corrective actions and incorporate changes into training and talent management artifacts
