About the role

  • Oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts within ITC Federal
  • Ensure contracts align with legal requirements and organizational objectives
  • Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements with prime contractors and subcontractors
  • Provide proposal support including review of terms/conditions, completion of representations/certifications, and performance of compliance reviews
  • Negotiate contracts, subcontracts and other agreements with prime contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Issue subcontract request for proposals in support of proposal efforts
  • Support proposal preparation and submissions, response to Requests for Proposals/Quotes
  • Review contract awards and modifications for accuracy
  • Maintain and track internal contractual reporting deadlines

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of government contracts management/administration experience with a bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of government contracts management/administration experience
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and general government contracting standards
  • Ability to adapt to changing work assignments and shifting priorities
  • Must have strong time management skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
