About the role
- Act as the single Point of Contact (POC) for the Office of Intelligence and manage the overall contract effort, including all work performed under the SOO.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports of all invoices, including consolidated reports on work hours and activities for all individual "Calls" placed against the BPA.
- Develop and maintain a Project Plan that outlines resources, milestones, and critical staffing/logistics schedules.
- Foster a cohesive team environment involving the government and other contractors to ensure transparency and information sharing for successful task execution.
- Ensure program goals, problem resolutions, and customer satisfaction are achieved within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters.
Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering) or a business-related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Homeland Security, Business Administration, or a technical field related to Data Analytics.
- Federal Program Management: At least 10–15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5–10 years in a senior-level management role overseeing major government systems or programs.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing technical programs involving data platform modernization, large-scale data analytics, or investigative support services.
- DHS/Law Enforcement: Prior experience supporting ICE, HSI, or other Department of Homeland Security (DHS) components is highly desirable.
- Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS) clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or FAC-P/PM Level III certification is typically required for a program of this scale and complexity.
- Expertise in Agile development processes and tools such as JIRA, GitHub Enterprise, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DHS-specific security policies (e.g., MD4300).
