About the role
- - Track provider utilization, including scheduled hours vs. verified hours with completed session notes.
- - Maintain and update utilization trackers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- - Verify that scheduled sessions are supported by completed and approved documentation.
- - Follow up with providers regarding missing or incomplete session notes.
- - Support new RBT onboardings with systems training and documentation expectations.
- - Train and assist RBTs on writing session notes and navigating internal systems.
- - Provide hands-on support to RBTs during their initial period to promote consistency and confidence.
- - Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
- - **Industry Experience:**
- - Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or healthcare-related role
- - ABA experience is advantageous
- - **Soft Skills:**
- - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- - Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- - **Technical Skills:**
- - Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and Outlook
- - Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms
