About the role

  • - Track provider utilization, including scheduled hours vs. verified hours with completed session notes.
  • - Maintain and update utilization trackers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • - Verify that scheduled sessions are supported by completed and approved documentation.
  • - Follow up with providers regarding missing or incomplete session notes.
  • - Support new RBT onboardings with systems training and documentation expectations.
  • - Train and assist RBTs on writing session notes and navigating internal systems.
  • - Provide hands-on support to RBTs during their initial period to promote consistency and confidence.
  • - Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

  • - **Industry Experience:**
  • - Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or healthcare-related role
  • - ABA experience is advantageous
  • - **Soft Skills:**
  • - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • - Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • - **Technical Skills:**
  • - Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and Outlook
  • - Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms
