About the role

  • Manage **20–80 active requisitions per month** across multiple healthcare facilities
  • Conduct **18–24 screening interviews per day** (15-minute structured interviews)
  • Screen candidates against predefined role criteria and make quick, accurate hiring recommendations
  • Schedule qualified candidates directly into hiring managers’ calendars
  • Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline at all times
  • Re-engage previous applicants when new applicant flow slows
  • Follow up with hiring managers regarding interview outcomes and hiring decisions
  • Accurately update and manage candidate records within the ATS
  • Review and improve job ads to increase candidate flow when needed
  • Provide market insight and hiring feedback to leadership (e.g. candidate availability, pay alignment)
  • Manage multiple hiring managers and facilities with varying communication styles

Requirements

  • Proven experience in **high-volume recruitment**
  • Comfortable conducting back-to-back interviews throughout the day
  • Strong time management and scheduling skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone and virtual interviewing skills
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage but not required

  • Calendar scheduling tools (e.g. Calendly, Teams)
