About the role
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and Boolean searches
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups to engage potential candidates
- Perform initial telephonic screenings to assess availability, interest, experience, and basic suitability
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Accurately capture and update candidate information on Workable (ATS)
- Shortlist and hand over qualified candidates to Internal Recruiters
- Meet sourcing activity targets (calls, outreach, pipeline volume)
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience at all times
- Provide regular sourcing activity and pipeline updates to the recruitment team
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sourcing or recruitment support role (internal or agency)
- Experience sourcing for BPO, call centre, or high-volume environments is strongly preferred
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and candidate engagement
- Strong sourcing skills, including database and Boolean search experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
