- Build, foster, organize, and activate coalitions
- Conduct research to identify strategic coalition partners
- Manage relationships with key coalitions and partners
- Coordinate campaign activities and projects
- Track progress and share updates across teams
- Lead and maintain partner communications
Requirements
- Experience supporting or leading advocacy, organizing, or issue-based campaigns
- Experience building, managing, or participating in coalitions or partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working across functions such as communications, policy, legal, etc.
- Formal education in public policy, political science, law, communications, or related fields preferred but not required
- Strong cultural competency and relationship-building skills
