About the role
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Own outbound engagement strategies and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Analyze prospect needs and recommend tailored, value-driven solutions
- Represent ISOutsource at industry/community events to build relationships and brand presence
- Meet with prospects and customers locally to lead discovery, demos, and solution discussions
- Create and present customized proposals and supporting materials
- Partner with Marketing on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Use data to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness
- Forecast monthly performance and contribute to revenue planning
- Track and report progress against KPIs with actionable insights
Requirements
- BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of business development / sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft, ZoomInfo, Zoom, etc. (nice-to-have experience)
