About the role

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Own outbound engagement strategies and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Analyze prospect needs and recommend tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Represent ISOutsource at industry/community events to build relationships and brand presence
  • Meet with prospects and customers locally to lead discovery, demos, and solution discussions
  • Create and present customized proposals and supporting materials
  • Partner with Marketing on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Use data to improve conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness
  • Forecast monthly performance and contribute to revenue planning
  • Track and report progress against KPIs with actionable insights

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of business development / sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft, ZoomInfo, Zoom, etc. (nice-to-have experience)
