About the role
- Own and manage strategic partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for partner engagement
- Build trusted relationships across partner organizations, from day-to-day contributors to executive stakeholders
- Foster ongoing collaboration, accountability, and alignment to support long-term partnership success
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with Isos Technology’s business objectives and growth plans
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that enhance market expansion and service capabilities
- Monitor partner performance and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations and continuous improvement
- Work cross-functionally to integrate partners into Isos go-to-market motions and service delivery models
- Enable internal teams with the knowledge, tools, and clarity needed to successfully engage and deliver with partners
- Support joint initiatives such as co-selling, marketing efforts, and integrated offerings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel programs within a technology, SaaS, or professional services organization
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across partner organizations and internal teams, including senior and executive leaders
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and translate them into measurable business outcomes
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution
