Accounts Receivable

• Conduct proactive outreach via phone and email to client contacts with outstanding invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed or missed payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communications.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and disputes.
• Process and apply client payments, reconciling any discrepancies.
• Prepare and post adjustments and write-offs, with manager approval.
• Generate and send accurate invoices to clients, as needed; assist Accounts Receivable Specialist with preparing client invoices.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist

Accountant

• Maintain and update the Accounting Worksheet for each Client Statement of Work (SOW).
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Review and process payroll journal entries.
• Perform month-end accruals and monitor the month-end close checklist.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts.
• Document and maintain accounting procedures and process workflows.
• Support external audits by preparing and organizing PBC (Prepared By Client) lists.
• Manage sales tax reconciliation, including administration of Avalara and oversight of Nexus studies.
• Attend month-end close meetings (12:30 AM – 2:00 AM PHT) during the first 8 business days after month-end.
• Communicate and collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to meet timelines and deliverables.

Marketing

• Lead partner marketing initiatives, coordinating joint marketing plans with partners.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital advertising, ABM, webinars, events, content syndication, email), generating quality leads.
• Collaborate with Marketing Program Manager for timelines and budgets.
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking with Marketing Operations Manager.
• Create partner-aligned messaging and content (newsletters, videos, case studies, solution briefs, email copy).
• Support sales enablement tools and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide marketing strategy input with data and insights.
