About the role
- You support our customers in operating their digital processes on the 446 platform optimally — technically, consultatively and with a solution focus:
- Product support (1st / 2nd level) for our 446 platform
- Installation and configuration of customer environments (on-premises & Cloud)
- Capturing and implementing customer requirements
- Reporting and data analysis within the platform
- Documentation, quality assurance and internal process improvement
- Training and advising our customers
- Participation in on-call duty (approx. 150 days/year) by arrangement
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in computer science or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IIS, Teams)
- SQL know-how (MS SQL preferred) and basic knowledge of PowerShell or C#
- Structured, solution-oriented and communicative way of working
- German at least C1, English at least B2
