About the role

  • You support our customers in operating their digital processes on the 446 platform optimally — technically, consultatively and with a solution focus:
  • Product support (1st / 2nd level) for our 446 platform
  • Installation and configuration of customer environments (on-premises & Cloud)
  • Capturing and implementing customer requirements
  • Reporting and data analysis within the platform
  • Documentation, quality assurance and internal process improvement
  • Training and advising our customers
  • Participation in on-call duty (approx. 150 days/year) by arrangement

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IIS, Teams)
  • SQL know-how (MS SQL preferred) and basic knowledge of PowerShell or C#
  • Structured, solution-oriented and communicative way of working
  • German at least C1, English at least B2
