Solutions Engineer

• You support our customers in operating their digital processes on the 446 platform optimally — technically, consultatively and solution-oriented:
• Product support (1st / 2nd level) for our 446 platform
• Installation and configuration of customer environments (on-premises & cloud)
• Capturing and implementing customer requirements
• Reporting and data analysis within the platform
• Documentation, quality assurance and internal process improvement
• Training and advising our customers
• Participation in on-call duty/standby service (approx. 150 days/year) by arrangement
