About the role

  • As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the engine of our growth.
  • Your primary mission is to hunt for and source new business opportunities across defined regions and verticals for our core products: Isentia and Pulsar.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities using a multi-channel approach (Phone, Email, LinkedIn, Video, and Events).
  • Confidently articulate Pulsar & Isentia’s value proposition to high-level stakeholders.
  • Use sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC) to identify client pain points and challenges.
  • Work closely with Sales Reps and Managers to set up high-value meetings and build a healthy pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum 24 months of experience in an outbound SaaS sales role (required).
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You are comfortable with cold prospecting and have a "get it done" attitude.
  • Communication: You are articulate with an excellent telephone manner and strong written skills.
  • Organized: You can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious: You are looking for a long-term career path in sales and are keen to learn.
