About the role

  • working closely with our Web Operations team by supporting tasks such as research, data clean-up or analysis and administrative tasks
  • assisting with content management activities to support the launch of our new ecommerce platform
  • participate in content management and content maintenance
  • organize and import assets into our content management system
  • learn about user experience design and participate in research and user testing
  • learn about reporting on user behavior in Google Analytics, if desired
  • learn about front-end web development, if desired

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in fields related to Web Development, Human-Computer Interaction, User-Centered Design, Graphic Design or Marketing
  • Strong verbal communication

  • Basic HTML coding skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems preferred
