Legal and contractual management
Preparation, drafting and approval of client contracts (commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, simple amendments based on templates)
Negotiation of client contracts
Monitoring client legal files
Implementation of the contract signature procedure (signing, scanning, sending)
Administrative management of contracts
Filing and archiving of files
Maintaining a tracking dashboard
Updating the database related to the different stages of projects
Drafting letters, memoranda and legal documents
Support to operational teams
Advising internal teams on contractual matters
Contributing to the creation of legal tools and training materials for operational staff
Regulatory watch
Ensuring regulatory monitoring related to the activity
Conducting legal research
Alerting management in case of developments impacting the activity

Requirements

Advanced degree in law (Master 2 or equivalent), preferably in public law, business law or contract law.
Proven experience in a legal role.
Strong interest in negotiation and substantial negotiation experience.
Excellent analytical, drafting and synthesis skills.
Good understanding of business issues and ability to adapt legal advice to operational constraints.
Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and ability to interact with high-level institutional stakeholders.
Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills and team spirit.
Fluent English.
