• Own BESS modeling, model validation, and grid-code compliance support for Chile projects and advanced applications including data centers.

• Perform modeling work, communicate findings clearly, and actively pull support from OEMs, modeling firms, controls teams, and project teams to keep studies and compliance work moving.

Senior Grid Integration, Power Systems Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Own technical execution, requirements compliance, and gap closure for BESS projects in Puerto Rico, Chile, Dominican Republic, the USA, and data center applications.
• Review grid code documents, contracts, technical specifications, and project documentation to determine whether the system, equipment, controls, and solution comply with project and regulatory requirements.
• This is a hands-on execution role. The person must identify gaps, define closure paths, develop the technical and commercial proposal, and drive alignment across engineering, procurement, controls, project management, vendors, customers, and field teams until closure.

Senior Technical Lead – Execution

Engineer

• Develop and implement IEC 61131-3 structured text control logic including thermal management and safety logic.
• Design and implement TCP/Modbus, RTU/Modbus, TCP/OPC-UA, and/or IEC61850 server/clients within the CMS logic to monitor hardware, apply power/thermal/safety algorithm logic, and provide metrics to the SCADA platform.
• Interpret and refine product and project requirements and design, engineer, and materialize them in the CMS platform.
• Develop and maintain design, solution, and component specifications that are part of the CMS platform.
• Contribute to Commissioning operations efforts including power dispatch, troubleshooting discrete HW issues, and coordinating with onsite commissioning personnel.
• Support in the resolution of installation, commissioning, and operational issues.
• Participate in EMS Rack and Network Junction Box config functional Checksheets during commissioning.

CMS Controls Engineer

Support Engineer

• Support the project team on design and integration of the project specific requirements with existing functionalities: cybersecurity, network, architecture and associated devices.
• Support the Design stage of a project and develop Network topologies, Internet requirements, IP address list and the network cabinet BOM and shop drawings according to project specifications and requirements.
• Support and develop along with the Controls and SCADA Engineer standardized test procedures and execute tests (FAT/SAT) to reduce commissioning time, and perform testing, including involvement in hands-on lab testing during evaluations of prototype systems.
• Install, connect, and configure networking equipment, including but not limited to servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Ensure all network hardware and software are deployed according to technical specifications, project requirements, and security protocols.
• Develop and maintain documentation of system infrastructure including hardware, protocols, communication links and cybersecurity strategies.
• Monitor network performance and availability using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, hardware failures, and configuration problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, firmware updates, and upgrades to network infrastructure.
• Ensure all updates are tested and documented to maintain operational stability and compliance with standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers/Technicians, and the Controls, SCADA & Systems Deployment team to support the delivery of project milestones.
• Provide technical support and hands-on training to on-site personnel in the use, operation, and maintenance of networking systems.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of network configurations, installation procedures, changes, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure documentation is current, accessible, and compliant with company requirements.
