About the role
- Be the front line of Ironmark’s client experience
- Build and manage your own pipeline – from first touch to close – using Ironmark’s proven process
- Present Ironmark’s integrated marketing solutions with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Conduct professional and engaging client meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Clearly articulate marketing packages and tailor solutions based on prospect/client needs, challenges and budget
- Qualify prospects and align expectations to ensure strong long-term partnerships
- Drive revenue and strengthen relationships
- Negotiate budgets and contract terms supporting prospect/client goals and Ironmark’s financial objectives
- Evaluate client’s marketing performance to make recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop meaningful client relationships, introducing new products and cross-sell opportunities as they launch
- Maintain up-to-date pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting in HubSpot
- Champion the customer – and the Ironmark brand
- Deepen expertise in our services, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Partner closely with Strategic Account Management and the Operations to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience
- Serve as the voice of the customer by surfacing insights, identifying gaps, and recommending product and service enhancements that drive value and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven inside sales success with strong outbound calling experience
- Working knowledge of digital and print marketing
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Exceptional communication skills, professional integrity, and relationship-building ability
- A collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for supporting teammates and clients
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HubSpot (or other CRM)
- A self-motivated, creative problem solver with a strong phone presence and drive to exceed goals
- 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- Familiarity with multi-location or franchise marketing
- Successful track record working independently in a remote setting
