About the role

  • Be the front line of Ironmark’s client experience
  • Build and manage your own pipeline – from first touch to close – using Ironmark’s proven process
  • Present Ironmark’s integrated marketing solutions with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
  • Conduct professional and engaging client meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Clearly articulate marketing packages and tailor solutions based on prospect/client needs, challenges and budget
  • Qualify prospects and align expectations to ensure strong long-term partnerships
  • Drive revenue and strengthen relationships
  • Negotiate budgets and contract terms supporting prospect/client goals and Ironmark’s financial objectives
  • Evaluate client’s marketing performance to make recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop meaningful client relationships, introducing new products and cross-sell opportunities as they launch
  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting in HubSpot
  • Champion the customer – and the Ironmark brand
  • Deepen expertise in our services, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Partner closely with Strategic Account Management and the Operations to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by surfacing insights, identifying gaps, and recommending product and service enhancements that drive value and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales success with strong outbound calling experience
  • Working knowledge of digital and print marketing
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Exceptional communication skills, professional integrity, and relationship-building ability
  • A collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for supporting teammates and clients
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HubSpot (or other CRM)
  • A self-motivated, creative problem solver with a strong phone presence and drive to exceed goals
  • 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with multi-location or franchise marketing
  • Successful track record working independently in a remote setting
