Engineering Manager

• Manage and grow a high-performing team of engineers. Foster a culture of technical excellence, high agency, and pragmatic delivery.
• Lead the execution of our Intake, Review, and Archive agents. These agents are responsible for the automated extraction of contract-relevant metadata, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring data integrity for Ironclad customers.
• Actively participate in the codebase. You will help spec, design, and build front-end agentic interfaces and the orchestration layers that interface with LLMs.
• Beyond AI, you will own and improve the existing core systems that power these workflows, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Lead by example in adopting AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, LLM-based automation) to improve engineering velocity and code quality.
• Partner with Product and Design to define the "Why." You will manage cross-team dependencies and ensure the team is building the right solutions for complex legal use cases.
• Work with Quality Engineering to define testing strategies for non-deterministic AI outputs, ensuring our agents are production-grade.

Technical Engineering Manager

Support Engineer

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex support issues during EMEA hours
• Troubleshoot advanced product, integration, and workflow issues across Ironclad and connected systems
• Investigate, replicate, document, and drive bug escalation with Engineering partners
• Build deep expertise in a product pillar and become a subject matter expert in that area
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Support Managers, Sales, and Engineering to resolve customer issues and improve outcomes.
• Help maintain strong ticket hygiene, queue coverage, and handoff quality across the region
• Review work, support quality, and help uplevel teammates, contractors, and BPO coverage in EMEA
• Create and improve internal and external documentation, including knowledge base content and support process best practices
• Use customer feedback and recurring issues to help inform product improvements and support workflows

• The Enterprise Customer Account Executive is responsible for driving retention and growth across a portfolio of strategic, upmarket customers.
• This role owns the end-to-end renewal motion while identifying and closing expansion opportunities within the installed base.
• Working in close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives and cross-functional teams, the CAE ensures disciplined commercial execution, strong forecast accuracy, and consistent customer outcomes.
• This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution.
