About the role

  • Utilize AI and advanced data analytics to optimize recruiting workflows and predict future workforce needs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate complex talent data into actionable insights that drive measurable business growth.
  • Advise leadership on talent strategy and optimize recruitment processes to improve quality of hire.
  • Build AI-led tools and resources for Talent Acquisition delivery teams including a Global Talent Acquisition playbook.
  • Analyze internal and external labor market data to drive talent mapping, supply-and-demand forecasting, and retention strategies.
  • Research industry benchmarks and competitor hiring trends to ensure Iron Mountain remains an employer of choice.
  • Partner with HR, Recruitment, and Business Leaders to translate complex data into future hiring requirements and create actionable hiring playbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to drive data-led talent strategies that reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire
  • Expert-level command of HR and enterprise tools (Gemini Gems, LinkedIn Talent Insights, etc) as well as labor market research platforms
  • Skilled at managing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting evidence-based talent solutions
  • Ability to convert market research into tangible competitive advantages.
