About the role

  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide data and information governance strategies and operating models that align with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives and stakeholders to lead consulting engagements, managing everything from initial strategy to final delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) by establishing frameworks for data retention, archival, and disposition.
  • Establish frameworks for data retention, archival and disposition (Information Lifecycle Management)
  • Define organizational structures, including the roles and responsibilities of Data Owners, Data Stewards and governance bodies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in management consulting and implementing governance programs.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance structures, records management, and global privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Proven ability in leading client engagements, facilitating high-stakes meetings, and articulating complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related quantitative field.
  • Technical Experience: Data ingestion frameworks/scripting, regex, NLP, LLM expertise.
