About the role
- Design and produce bespoke proposal building blocks, including infographics, illustrations, and templates to translate complex technical information into clear, customer-focused visual solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales teams and internal stakeholders to gather essential information and align on bid strategies.
- Coordinate the end-to-end response for formal tenders, ensuring all submissions are accurate, formatted to brand standards, and fully compliant with organizational policies and customer requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience within a professional services organization.
- 3+ years of experience navigating public and commercial bids in the United Kingdom market.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of design principles like typography and layout.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-pressure deadlines while maintaining extreme attention to detail and consistency across complex global projects.
- A Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent extensive professional experience in a deadline-driven design environment.
