About the role
- Design, automate, and maintain comprehensive Customer Excellence dashboards and Key Performance Indicator scorecards to deliver actionable performance insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to perform risk segmentation of Accounts Receivable portfolios and monitor credit risk exposure.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reporting tools and ensuring data consistency during Mergers and Acquisitions integration activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analytics, financial forecasting, or performance reporting within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, specifically regarding Accounts Receivable, General Ledgers, and Profit and Loss implications
- Proven ability in utilizing data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Technical expertise in SQL, Python, or Amazon Web Services (AWS) and experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems like Oracle.
