About the role

  • Maintain skills inventory to understand current capabilities of the workforce.
  • Support Organization Effectiveness (OE) consultants, HRBPs and Finance planning partners to develop multi-year headcount forecasts.
  • Provide data driven recommendations on talent acquisition strategy.
  • Act as the super user for our HR metrics dashboard in Looker Studio.
  • Provide regular insights to HRBPs and OE consultants, monitor trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with people analytics team to ensure the ongoing maintenance of the dashboards in Looker Studio and its connection to the Workday data source.
  • Support OE consultants in ad hoc analytics requests.
  • Translate data sets into “so-what” insights for HRBPs and business unit leaders.

Requirements

  • Advanced use of Excel / Google sheets, including expertise in formulas and data manipulation.
  • Experience using Workday and Looker studio is desired.
  • Experience in analyzing and understanding HR related data and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of how org design feeds into long-term financial planning.
  • Proven capability in demand forecasting and supply optimisation.
  • Experience in skills gap analysis and headcount planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across a range of stakeholders.
