About the role

  • Lead Retained HR Administration: Maintain and organize local employee files and documentation while ensuring full adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations
  • Collaborate on Benefits and Lifecycle Management: Partner with internal teams and our outsourcing partners to resolve employee lifecycle cases and manage local benefits programs, including enrollments and terminations
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of local government reports and manage complex compliance tasks, such as employment-related documentation and the global offboarding process

Requirements

  • Experience (ideally 2 years plus) in a Human Resources administrative, data entry, or similar support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (such as Workday), case management tools (such as ServiceNow), and Google Suite
  • Proven ability in handling confidential information with discretion and managing time effectively in a detail-oriented environment
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Native German language, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners
