About the role

  • Execute Commercial Pricing and Quoting – Create simple price models, generate accurate quotes, and develop tactical reports to ensure all sales opportunities reflect current commercial standards and client requirements.
  • Manage Opportunity Data and Research – Extract and analyze data from Salesforce.com and Business Intelligence (BI) systems to provide critical insights into inventory, contracts, and price lists for the internal sales teams.
  • Ensure Process Integrity and Compliance – Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while completing essential Request for Information (RFI) and Quality Assurance (QA) documentation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales support, deal operations, or a role focused on commercial pricing and data management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and pricing tools, with the ability to consolidate, format, and analyze complex client data sets accurately.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in recognizing pricing discrepancies or process failures and escalating them for resolution.
  • A University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, combined with mandatory English fluency.
