About the role

  • Own end-to-end performance of Federal Civilian digital operations, ensuring delivery against customer KPIs for quality, timeliness, safety, and security; diagnose root causes of issues and lead effective remediation across regions.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to regional Directors, reviewing production results, capacity, workflows, and resource allocation; enforce accountability for performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison with IT, Commercial, Sales, and Customer Service teams; act as the operational expert in customer escalations, renewals, and pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management for the Civilian market; develop and execute gap plans, manage operating and capex budgets, and ensure customer engagements deliver expected financial results.
  • Drive multi-year growth strategy and operational roadmap, including profitability targets, transformational initiatives, capacity planning, and a five-year real estate strategy aligned with market demand.
  • Partner with sales and account teams to drive revenue growth, pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract approvals; support key account renewals, acquisitions, and timely implementation of solutions while ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Build and sustain a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on safety, innovation, and values; develop talent through coaching, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership development in partnership with HR.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience delivering and managing Federal contracts and large-scale service operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and partner across diverse, global, and highly technical teams, including digital operations such as scanning, digital mailroom, IDP, ECM, and BPM services.
  • Strong experience managing P&L of comparable scope, with demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, forecast performance, and manage to budget.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing short- and long-term business plans in fast-paced, competitive environments.
  • Proven independent decision-making skills with a track record of delivering complex, high-visibility initiatives efficiently through formal and informal channels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree such as MBA preferred); willingness to travel up to 50% as required; English required, multilingual a plus.
  • Must have an active U.S. government security clearance.
