About the role
- Develop and implement data pipelines and algorithms (primarily Python) to analyze and optimize business processes
- Analyze process data to increase efficiency and the level of automation across various company areas
- Create and enhance dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Work with SQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Identify and evaluate optimization potential in business processes
- Collaborate with business units such as production, logistics, procurement, and sales
Requirements
- Degree (FH/university) in Business Informatics, Data Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Experience with Python, data analysis, or process automation is an advantage
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is desirable
- Very good English skills; German skills are a plus
- Independent, structured working style with a hands-on mentality
- Team player with an interest in continuous development
