About the role

  • Manage payment transactions and payment runs
  • Review and validate commercial invoices, and control and manage approval workflows
  • Manage and maintain an overview of insurance policies and general contracts
  • Maintain and oversee loan and financing agreements
  • Prepare accounting documents for the tax advisor
  • Organize structured digital and physical filing of all relevant documents
  • Implement an IT-supported system to control the invoicing and approval process
  • Support personnel/HR administration
  • Work closely with senior management and project leadership

Requirements

  • Completed accounting qualification or accounting courses (e.g., KSW Diploma in Accounting) required
  • Several years of practical accounting experience, ideally with experience in real estate, project development, or comparable project-based businesses
  • Proven routine in invoice verification, payment processing, dunning/collections, and contract management
  • High degree of independence, accuracy, and reliability
  • Confident use of digital tools and openness to software-supported processes
  • Structured, discreet, and responsible working style
