About the role

  • Provide centralized, global clinical trial oversight within FSP model
  • Lead and coordinate global and regional clinical trial management activities
  • Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders
  • Drive trial delivery across full lifecycle
  • Ensure milestones and deliverables are met and communicated
  • Review and approve vendor deliverables and ensure vendor performance
  • Ensure continuous inspection readiness
  • Lead feasibility activities and provide recommendations
  • Oversee trial documentation and coordinate data cleaning activities
  • Lead teams across projects or programs and provide coaching

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences
  • 6+ years clinical trial management experience in pharma and/or CRO environments
  • 8+ years clinical trial management experience for advanced role
  • Proven experience managing trials from start-up through close-out
  • Experience coordinating global, virtual teams for 2–3+ years
  • Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong project management and risk mitigation skills.
  • Experience with CTMS, TMF systems, and Microsoft applications.
  • Fluent in English; local language proficiency as required.
