About the role
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure cloud-native systems across AWS and Azure.
- Lead architecture for AI-enabled and agentic applications, including LLM-based workflows.
- Rapidly build MVPs and prototypes to validate requirements and architectural decisions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate prototyping and iteration.
- Engage stakeholders to define requirements, trade-offs, and architectural direction.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship across teams, serving as a collaborative partner to Tech Leads by working jointly on architectural direction and project delivery while offering hands-on support as needed.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as an individual contributor architect delivering production systems.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience designing and delivering AI-enabled applications.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly develop MVPs and prototypes.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in clinical or healthcare domains preferred.
- Experience with agentic or multi-agent system architectures preferred.
- Experience delivering live-data or user-facing MVPs in short iteration cycles preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and architectural governance preferred.
