About the role
- You promote scientific exchange as well as professional dialogue and collaboration with community-based physicians and hospital clinicians.
- You lead scientific discussions, presentations, and lectures.
- You establish and maintain your network of external medical-scientific experts.
- You provide medical information and answer complex medical and scientific inquiries.
- You support internal teams with your medical-scientific expertise.
- You coordinate scientific continuing education activities and actively participate in events.
- You gather relevant information on current developments in the therapeutic area.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a Natural Sciences discipline; doctorate (PhD, Dr. rer. nat., Dr. med., Dr. pharm. or similar) desirable.
- Optional: Postdoctoral experience with a translational or clinically oriented focus.
- Recognition/certification according to §75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG).
- Ability to structure and present complex scientific data appropriately for the target audience.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Confident use of scientific literature and data interpretation.
- Digital fluency: proficient with digital tools, open to new digital systems, and a strong affinity for new technologies (e.g., AI-assisted literature searches, digital insights generation, etc.).
- Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the pharmaceutical environment.
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
