- Provide support for the continuous improvement of the employee benefits function
- Survey the industry to determine the company's competitive position in employee benefits
- Recommend and implement new or modified employee benefit plans
- Lead a team of employee benefit professionals

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years or more of experience in employee benefits or combination of employee benefits and specialist experience
- 4 years direct line management experience
- Deep knowledge of business and industry standard
- Sound knowledge of local and relevant employee benefit programs and regulations
