About the role
- Provide case support, patient management, and education to new and existing accounts
- Improve patient outcomes by delivering medical device education in varied settings
- Conduct proactive rounds for patients receiving support
- Collaborate with the Clinical Support Center for ongoing additional support
- Maintain clinical competency in current product line and patient management
Requirements
- Clinical certification required; Registered Nurse (RN)/Advanced Practice Provider (APP) license preferred or relevant experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Cardiac ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Cardiovascular OR, or Cath Lab
- Significant experience with ventricular medical devices (minimum of 10 cases)
- Must provide at least 2 days of live support within the field and total of 5 days availability per month
- Ability to work on weekends, nights, holidays, and at other hospitals aside from base location
