About the role
- Provide direction and suggestions to the NAMs regarding Client expectations
- Participate as part of the RADS management team in client meetings
- Ensure that the Project Leads & NAMs are presenting the clients product to their assigned accounts
- Analyze and prepare NAM and Client Lead performance evaluations
- Assist Client Leads in ensuring the company is meeting client’s expectations and goals
- Assist with Business Development as needed, most often as a subject matter expert
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in Managed Care/Market access in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Biotech
- Ability to communicate with both the Client and NAMs
- Ability to assist in the development of managed care strategies
- Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in launching new product(s)
- Proven leadership skills and strong business acumen.
